I care about the reader and visitor. I create content that is audience-focused and real.
I've developed content for all levels of government, museums, business, festivals and not-for-profit organisations including:
- media releases,
- web copy,
- blog posts,
- funding applications,
- fact sheets, and
- training materials.
Experienced at editing and proof reading, I can also edit your work to ensure message clarity.
I am a published author with four books in the marketplace. I have also contributed to two anthologies including the ABC’s In their Branches.
Corporate and Government Writing
Media releases, fact sheets, websites, flyers, funding applications, conference papers, speeches, reports and training material - I've written these on different topics for different clients. A unique style of their own, I always make sure that we work to the purpose of each product and within the particular needs of each business and organisation.
Articles and Blog Posts
I've written articles and blog posts on a range of topics including creativity, business, people profiles and travel. Articles and blog posts are always written for the intended audience and style of the publication or website. Grounded in both research and experience, I create pieces with clarity that are on message. Download clippings from clippings.me or visit my blog.
I’ve written a number of interpretative pieces for museums, councils and sites. Recently I wrote a suite of interpretative materials for Australian Parliament House. This included different products for internal stakeholders to engage them with the story and a guide book for visitors. Each product was developed after I analysed and established the specific communication objectives, taking into consideration the differing needs and motivations of each audience.
